Delete inside the app
If you can sign in, open your Owner Account, go to Privacy & Consent, and choose Delete my account and all data.
Request deletion from the web
If you cannot access the app, email the privacy contact using the button below. Send the request from the email address used for your Disabled Dog Mobility account where possible, and state that you want your account deleted.
We may need to verify that the request relates to your account before completing deletion. Do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.
What will be deleted
When an account deletion request is completed, the account and user data associated with that account will be deleted, including stored dog/profile information and other account-linked information held by Disabled Dog Mobility, except where limited information must be retained for a legitimate security, fraud-prevention or legal reason.
